STUDENT MINISTRY

The Oakwood Student Ministry is important to us. We understand that this is such a pivotal time in a student’s life and we are committed to providing them with a meaningful atmosphere to learn and apply God’s Word in their lives.

Our hope is that any and every student will feel loved and welcomed in our student ministry! We want this to be a place where they can come to Know God, To Grow as a Believer, and to Impact The World!

Our goals for a student who goes through the Student Ministry at Oakwood are that:

          - We want them to seek God on their own

          - We want them to have convictions and be led by the Holy Spirit

          - We want them to be evangelistic and missional

          - We want them to know their gifts and serve their local church

          - We want them to disciple others

We offer several different things that help us to accomplish these goals. These things include:

Sunday Morning Life Groups & Corporate Worship

Mid-Week Youth Service & Awana on Wednesday Nights

Yearly events such as retreats, mission trips, camps, and fun activities

  9:45am - Life Groups

11:00am - Corporate Worship

Wednesday

6:00-8:00pm - Youth Service/Awana
