In Mark 9, Jesus has been up on a mountain and when he came down the disciples were arguing with the teachers of the law. The issue was a boy with an evil spirit that they could not cast out. After talking with the boy's father and telling him, everything is possible for him who believes, Jesus then casts out the demon. When the disciples asked him, why they couldn't cast out the demon, Jesus declared, this kind can come out only by prayer and fasting. You know, some things can only happen through prayer and fasting. One of those things is true revival. That's why were asking you to pray and fast for the next 40 days. God can use this in incredible ways in our individual lives, but also in the life of our church. I'm looking forward to what God is going to do over these 40 days. So please join us, as we seek God through prayer and fasting. God will use this in supernatural ways. So, are you ready for God to work in you in an incredible way. This is going to be a great 40 days. It's going to be a great revival is well. Somethings can only happen through prayer and fasting.
Love Is The Theme - As we celebrate Valentines Day, it seems that 'Love is in the air'. To coin a phrase from Tony The Tiger, "IT'S GREAT!" Love is great and we think that it can fix the world, the Beetles sang "All We Need Is Love". That is true, but it is not the Love that the movies or television always portray. All we need is God's Love, His love is all we need. I mean, He is the author of Love and we can love only because He first loved us (1 John 4). So go ahead, do something special for the ones you love but don't forget the one who gave you the love in the first place!
